A course built on the book

Stop Feeding
The System

See clearly. Stop participating.

A field guide for narcissistic abuse recovery, as a course

Seven lessons and eight printable tools for readers inside, leaving, or recovering from a closed-loop relationship. Not more information about them. The mechanism of your participation, and how to close it.

Or the full course: one payment, $49 founding rate, lifetime access. Details below.

Stop Feeding The System book cover

There is a message in your drafts folder. It explains the chronology, quotes your own words back at the version of them they later described, and this time it is calm enough to land.

You have sent it before. You know how it lands.

You are not still writing because they have not understood. You are still writing because part of you is still organized around the requirement that they do.

That part is what this course is about.

You can name every tactic by now. The love bombing. The rewriting. The silence that ends when you knock on the spare-room door. You have read hundreds of articles about people like them. You could teach the vocabulary.

And knowing what they do has not changed what you do when the apology arrives.

Seeing is not stopping. This course is about the difference. Every other resource sells you more information about them. This one maps what the pattern runs on, which is what you supply, and hands you the tools to close the account. That is why it is called what it is called.

One question, tonight

Take the last fight. Skip the fight itself. Go to the morning after and ask one question. What happened after harm was named? An acknowledgement, or a counter-charge?

You do not need a diagnosis to know which kind of room you are in. You will likely never get one, and you do not need one. You need the answer to that question, watched over time, written down.

The test is in lesson one. By the end of it you will know which kind of room you are in. That is the whole promise. It is free.

What this course will not ask of you

It never asks you to call anyone a narcissist, and it never asks you to condemn someone you may still love. It watches behavior, not character. It is not an indictment. It is a finding, and the finding stays yours.

It works from wherever you are standing. Inside, on the way out, or long gone. It does not tell you to confront, leave, or stay, and nothing in it requires a decision this week.

If your sentence starts with "they never hit me, but", the question above was written for you. It counts.

And the first thing the course asks of you is not more effort. It is less. Fewer explanations. Fewer drafts. Fewer midnight summaries. The work begins with stopping.

Questions

Is this therapy?
No. It is education built on a book. It does not diagnose anyone and it does not replace a therapist, a lawyer, or a domestic violence service. The course points to all three where they belong.
I have the book. What does the course add?
The same operating system, restructured for working through rather than reading through. Lessons sequence the 44 chapters into seven sittings, the tools are placed where the work happens, printable and downloadable, and your progress is kept so you can stop and resume.
Will this show up on my statement or in my inbox?
Card statements show a short neutral descriptor. Emails come from a plain sender name. Every page has a quick exit button that leaves the site without adding it to your back button. Browsers still keep history unless you use a private window. The resources page explains this honestly.
What if it is not for me?
Seven days, full refund, no questions. Email the address on your receipt.
Is the course gendered?
No. The pattern is not gendered and neither is the writing.

The author

Lee Powell wrote Stop Feeding The System after decades inside the pattern and the long work of coming back. He is not a clinician. He is someone who lived it from the inside, got out, got well, and wrote the field guide he could not find. More at leepowell.com.
